PANARY Goes To London

Not content with the Provence venture creating a newsworthy venue, I have cheerfully accepted another new venue offered in London.

The invitation has come from Panarian Gaye Whitwam, to hold courses in her well-appointed kitchen bakery called “Sticky Mitts Kitchen” in Wallington, South London. We bake in twin domestic ovens, and hand kneading is backed up by a powerful spiral mixer for the bigger doughs.

Gaye has been doing B&B for many years, with 3 bedrooms to fill, and several people attending any PANARY course there can be in residence if they wish. For B&B information and prices, phone Gaye – 020 86692988 / 07963 082902

There is ample parking. For train travellers, it is only a 10 minute walk from Wallington British Rail station, with a direct rail service to London Victoria every half hour. The first course is scheduled for October 25-26, and will be the two-day French with Sourdough. Cost: £350. On the website it has its own category within the two-day courses area.
