Making Your Payment

PANARY offers three payment options for your course booking:

On this website, at the time of booking via PayPal
Bank transfer
Cheque

1) PayPal

When booking your PANARY course you will be offered the option to pay for your booking online via PayPal. This method of payment is by far the easiest and secures your booking as soon as the transaction is processed (normally within a few minutes).

2) Bank transfer

When you make your booking online via PANARY and choose the option: ‘Offline Payment’, you will receive an email confirming your booking details together with PANARY bank transfer details. Your payment must reach PANARY within 7 days to secure your booking.

3) Cheque

When you make your booking online via PANARY and choose the option: ‘Offline Payment’, you will receive an email confirming your booking details together with PANARY cheque payment details. Your payment must reach PANARY within 7 days to secure your booking.

The small print

A tentative booking becomes binding when PANARY receives a completed booking accompanied by the full payment. To ensure your place, PANARY advises a prompt sending of full payment via any of the means detailed above. Tentative bookings must be ‘made firm’ within 7 days. After 7 days, any reserved places with payments outstanding will be made available to other customers.

The deposit or full fee will be refunded if PANARY cannot give you a place on your chosen course or another during the same year, or if PANARY is forced to cancel a course. PANARY reserves the right to cancel a course in exceptional circumstances. Cancellations by participants must be notified at least four weeks before the course date to avoid forfeiture of 25% of the course fee.
