PANARY and Cann Mills Open Day (FREE)


Course Description

Held on the May Bank Holiday in order to tie in with the Shaftesbury Food Festival, our open day seems to have become a tradition!

There is no admission fee, and on the same occasion you can visit both the flour mill and PANARY’s little teaching bakery. See the facilities and equipment; watch Paul making bread; observe both types of ovens and enjoy the spectacle of the wood-fired oven being used during the day; discuss all PANARY breadmaking courses with Paul.

Across the courtyard see in action the miller, Michael Stoate, producing his stoneground flours.
