The small print
A tentative booking becomes binding when PANARY receives your booking request accompanied by the full payment or deposit of 50%. To ensure your place, PANARY advises a prompt sending of full payment. Tentative bookings must be ‘made firm’ within 7 days. After 7 days, any reserved places with payments outstanding will be made available to other customers.
The deposit or full fee will be refunded if PANARY cannot give you a place on your chosen course or another during the same year, or if PANARY is forced to cancel a course. PANARY reserves the right to cancel a course in exceptional circumstances. Cancellations by participants must be notified at least four weeks before the course date to avoid forfeiture of 25% of the course fee.
