  • Oven core components and floor tiles, all of Panyol’s refractory white clay, terre blanche
  • Smoke throat, and an extra row of tiles to go beneath it along the front, plus grog
  • Stainless steel chimney adaptor, 180mm., suitable for round pipe
  • Refractory mortar for the dome
  • Grog for under-tile bedding (“grog” is ground refractory masonry, texture like sand )
  • Insulated portable door
  • Hand tools: stainless steel peel; hearth brush; rake for coals and ash
