Testimonials
“You taught us a lot in a very short space of time: how to prepare, work, and handle dough. The course itself was excellent. We all had a good time and I certainly came away with a much better understanding of the breadmaking process.”
— Jasper Buch, Henley, January 2006

Fees
What you’ll receive for your PANARY fee:
Payment
Having made a booking from PANARY website, in PANARY’S response email to your booking you will see links that you click on to go to the websites of the payment companies used by PANARY.
You are offered three payment systems:
About GoCardless
GoCardless payments are made with a one-off Direct Debit that is contained in the link that you are invited to click on, one for deposit, and one for full payment.
You are 100% protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, and no further payments will be made unless you explicitly authorise them in future.
GoCardless is a UK-based payments processor sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland and registered as a small Payments Institution with the Financial Services Authority.
What you’ll need when you click on the link
GoCardless payments are made by direct debit, so you’ll just need:
No credit/debit card is required!
If you already have a GoCardless account, simply log in with your existing details and pay as normal.
PayPal
PayPal, on the other hand, will suit people who want to pay by card. When you click on the link you will be asked to give your card details to make the payment that is contained in the link.
If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in with your existing details and pay as normal.
The small print
A tentative booking becomes binding when PANARY receives a completed booking form accompanied by the full payment or deposit of 50%. To ensure your place, PANARY advises a prompt sending of the deposit cheque or information about your debit card. Tentative bookings must be ‘made firm’ within 7 days. After 7 days, any reserved places with payments outstanding will be made available to other customers.
The deposit or full fee will be refunded if PANARY cannot give you a place on your chosen course or another during the same year, or if PANARY is forced to cancel a course. PANARY reserves the right to cancel a course in exceptional circumstances. Cancellations by participants must be notified at least four weeks before the course date to avoid forfeiture of 25% of the course fee.
