Testimonials
If you have any inclination at all towards baking, I recommend making sourdough yourself. Paul Merry’s PANARY courses in Dorset are an excellent way to start: he has a knack for demystifying a process that is sometimes overcomplicated in bread-making books.

Book A Course
Booking a PANARY course couldn’t be more simple!
On receipt of your request, we will reserve place(s) for you on your chosen course. We will contact you as soon as possible to finalise the booking and take your payment.
A booking request must be turned into a binding booking within 7 days by the advancement of payment (deposit or full fee), along with the completed booking form.
The small print
A tentative booking becomes binding when PANARY receives a completed booking form accompanied by the full payment or deposit of 50%. To ensure your place, PANARY advises a prompt sending of the deposit cheque or information about your debit card. Tentative bookings must be ‘made firm’ within 7 days. After 7 days, any reserved places with payments outstanding will be made available to other customers.
The deposit or full fee will be refunded if PANARY cannot give you a place on your chosen course or another during the same year, or if PANARY is forced to cancel a course. PANARY reserves the right to cancel a course in exceptional circumstances. Cancellations by participants must be notified at least four weeks before the course date to avoid forfeiture of 25% of the course fee.
